Who we are

PTFundraiser.com, LLC and PTOffice, LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors — (collectively, “PTFundraiser,”, "PTOffice", “we,” or “us“, “our“) is an online fundraising platform for Users to seek to raise funds for their own Campaigns and to contribute to the Campaigns of others. Administrators may offer Items to Contributors in exchange for the Contributors’ donation of funds. We are based in Tucson, AZ. Undefined capitalized terms used herein shall have the definitions as set forth in our Terms of Use.

How this Agreement applies

This Full-Service Agreement explains the agreement between us and the campaign administrator for services rendered.

You, the Campaign Administrator, agree to pay PTFundraiser or PTOffice as listed on the Full Service page for services rendered at the completion of your campaign. Full-Service services include, but are not dependent on, campaign set up, support for donors, providing of final reports and closure of campaigns.

The Full-Service fee will be determined by combining all donation of funds (minus Stripe and Platform fees) and multiplying that number by the percentage list on our Full Service page.
